Go to this link and login with your Sierra Chart Account Name and Password, and you will see an option for "Disable File Downloads". Click that button. https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=EnabledCustomStudies#FileDownload Just be aware that this is a global setting to turn off all downloads. At the bottom of that same page you will see the list of items that you are set to download, and if there are some you do not want, you will need to contact the developer to have them take you off that list.
