Hi, I am getting data from IB, and I subscribed to their DJ Global Indices to get Dow Index. In Sierra, when I click on Find symbol in IB Indexes section, I am able to create INDU-IND-GLOBEX for Daily but when I want to open Intraday chart, I get a blank chart, not even one candle comes up and I wait and nothing shows up hours later, the chart remains blank. I as well tried to duplicate INDU-IND-GLOBEX Daily chart into minute chart, but it just stays blank for hours, nothing downloads, but I am able to revert back to Daily and get candles. I know for sure I am subscribed to IB Dow index data feed, I checked several times. Can you please tell me how to fix this? Thank you |
