ticinotrader - in your particular case, the problem is that the Right Side Scale is set to "Constant Range". If you go to Chart >> Scale and select Automatic, the left side scale will show properly. There are still some things we want to look into related to this, but that is the particular cause of what you are seeing. It is also something for us to look into as why that would have this impact.
