Since you copied the entire folder, your Data Files Folder is probably not pointing to the correct location. Make sure that the following setting is pointing to the correct Data folder for the new installation:
General Settings Window: Data Files Folder (Global Settings >> General Settings >> Paths >> Files and Folder Paths)

Also, clear the Recently Used list and instead open a chartbook from the Open Chartbook menu item. The Recently Used list is from your previous installation and may be referencing a folder that does not exist in this new setup. Refer to the following:
