We see a few different things going on here. One of the issues is that you are trying to use both the "old" symbols and the "new" at the same time, and that does not work. We want you to do the following for this: 1. Update your Symbol Settings following these instructions: Global Symbol Settings: Update Symbol Settings 2. Select Edit >> Translate Symbols to Current Service. This will change the symbols to the "new" format. For more information on the change to symbols, refer to the following: Important Update: "SC Data-All Services" Symbol Cleanup After you do the above, then we want you to login using the Forced Login option, as there is an error regarding your Username that should not be there. You just need to do this once to update your local system with the information from our servers.
