Support, I just upgraded from version 2168 to 2192 and platform is having tremendous performance issues. I literally no longer able to load any of my previous chartbooks that worked perfectly fine on version 2168. It takes almost an hour to open old working chartbook and after that platform feels extremely sluggish of freezing up entirely. Even starting platform without any chartbooks now takes anywhere from 5-10 min - this is ridiculous! I have restarted machine several times and made sure nothing else is running. I am barely using 10% of CPU and 25%-30% of available 24 GB RAM. What have changed in these 24 versions that makes the platform completely unusable? Please advise. Thank you. |
