Per your images in your first post, your Main Instance has its service set to SC Futures Order Routing/Data. If that is the case, then the symbols in your Sub-Instance are not correct. In your Sub-Instance, select Edit >> Translate Symbols to Current Service, and make sure that the symbols update properly to the SC Futures Order Routing symbols.
