Hi Team, I just signed up for the Sierra Denali feed yesterday. I noticed this morning that I am getting real time data fed to my "main instance" of Sierra but delayed data (not updating real time and I'm not sure how long the delay is) on the sub-instance that I use. To clarify, I have Sierra set up to automatically open one sub-instance upon login. I use both instances to trade (I monitor real time updates to charts on both instances). As I write this I'm seeing real time updates to the main instance at 11:20 am but the sub-instance has stopped updating at about 11:00 am and it is not updating tick by tick. I just spent about an hour trying to see if Sierra addressed this on its support board but could not find anything. Apologies if this is addressed elsewhere. If it helps, here are screen shots of the "Data/Trade Service Settings" that I'm seeing on both instances. Thanks for your help, Shaun |
