Ladies and gentlemen, my account has recently been activated.
Every time I start Sierra, I have the problem that I'm connected to the data feed, but I don't get live data. Only after disconnecting and reconnecting the connection do I get the live data.
This applies to both the "SC Futures Order Routing/Data" and "SC Data All Services". Can you help me?

(1) I have tried: "File >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds is enabled."
-- "Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds" is enabled

(2) Also I am using just a single system
