First, according to our server information, you do not have the correct Service setting. Be sure you follow through these Setup Instructions for the Sierra Chart Order Routing service starting at step #9 here: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/SierraChartOrderRoutingServiceWithData.php#SetupInstructions Next, you are all setup to receive the data from the CME Group as Real-Time data. The setting for Intraday Download Interval for Non-Real Time Symbols only applies to symbols from other exchanges.
