Good morning, I am having an issue with the market data feed for the future spreads I chart. As you can probably see from my Account Support Tickets I have been dealing with this issue and trying to solve it for a while now. Would it be possible to communicate on the phone so I can properly explain what the problem is in real time? I feel like I am going in circles since it is somewhat complex on my part to try to explain these issues via email. I genuinely appreciate all your help. Oscar |
