The reason they disappear from Region 1 is because they are of a very different scale. Your study has values between -40.00 and 8.00, whereas your Main Price Graph is in the range of 3180.00 to 3480.00. Therefore, it is not possible to do what you are asking without multiplying the study to be in the same range as the Main Price Graph, but this gives essentially the same result as using the independent scaling. The best option available is to use the Independent Scaling for the study along with the Left Side Scale.
