Actually thinking about this some more, we think we know what is likely happening which leads to this circumstance.

We think that Transact wants it to work this way where you are forced into doing a restart. This is based on a prior discussion with them where they did indicate they want this behavior but we did not implement it because we knew it would be an inconvenience to users. But apparently it works this way because of how they are disconnecting a user.

Please switch to the Sierra Chart Order Routing Service to solve this problem:
