The problem is those two specific subgraphs. Since they are referencing the Pullback data, they do not get calculated unless the Pullback information is set to be displayed in the Numbers Bars Calculated Values. So, in this case, you do have to have them set to display. You could do, as you suggest and create a separate study just for those two and hide that study. That will also work.
