Post From: 1 second chart missing data

I can only get a truly spaced out 1 second chart when I use the Add Additional Symbol on top of the IUXX Nasdaq Index (which I think has exactly 1 second bars at its smallest increment from its feed). When I try to load an equities chart on its own, for example AMZN, it does not give me the data spaced out by 1 second intervals. There are no bars present to fill the time in between for when there are no trades. My problem comes in when building studies to operate on these small intervals. For example a moving avg on this data is more like a time/tick hybrid, the time spacing is out of whack. When I use the reference indexing with GetNearestMatch, it seems to skip over these sections with no trades, instead of giving the last traded price. Is there a way to get last traded price to be filled in at these sections? It seems like this should be available, just to have equally timed data at small intervals. If there are no options for that, I can explore a solution with code (indexing this data has ultimately been my issue). Thank you FYI, I have deleted and re-downloaded my data with the 1 tick setting in Data/Trade Services Settings. Having it on 1 sec was equally problematic.
