The Real-Time Trading Evaluator service requires the use of the Denali Exchange Data Feed in order to get the Real-Time data for the CME Group. You do not have the Denali Exchange Data Feed active for your account, therefore you are not able to get the Real-Time data when using this service. You do have access to the Delayed Trading Evaluator, as you can get the Delayed Streaming Data from the CME Group without having to pay any extra. You just have to create a Delayed Trading Evaluator account and use that. Just go through the same Setup Instructions again, but select the Delayed Trading Evaluator account. Refer to the Setup Instructions here: Simulated Futures Trading Service: Setup Instructions Just make sure you are using the appropriate symbols for whichever service you are using. After you switch services, it should prompt you to change the symbols, but if you forget to do this, then be sure to select Edit >> Translate Symbols to Current Service.
