You can get rid of the Order Confirmation when using the Keyboard Shortcut for "Cancel Orders All Symbols All Accounts" by disabling this setting: Global Trade Settings Windows: Display Confirmation for Order Cancellations from the 'Orders' Tab (Global Settings >> General Trade Settings >> Notifications) As to adding the option for "Flatten Orders All Symbols All Accounts", one of the senior engineers will review and respond if it is something that can be added.
