Spent many months trading with LMAX the past years, then several weeks with Dukascopy now. By all accounts, I must state that Dukascopy appears to be a much better broker than LMAX. Way neater. They’re ahead of time regarding many many features. That broker is much more rich than LMAX in terms of overall experience. It shows they invested massive amounts in service developments themselves and continue to do so. Imho, anyone who would give a close look at both would admit that Dukascopy is another ball game broadly. Personally, I won’t look back. Wish SC could seriously consider to support them. There are 3rd party bridges for other popular platforms which don’t rely on the FIX API from Dukascopy but Java, yet both super stable and effective. Most importantly, it is free of pre-requirements. Indeed, the Java API is granted free of charge to deploy. The in-house JForex platform is state of the art and acts as the hub for the Dukascopy environnement. I’m thinking that exceptionally, it’s the right tandem to implement for Dukascopy rather than pass through FIX, which is inaccessible regarding conditions anyway (minimum balance of $100k) I’d be willing to cover some development costs if they appeared to be affordable (sub $1000) and SC were agreeing to commit...
