I'm going to back up to the beginning. I am using Interactive Brokers for trading and the Denali Data feed for CME data. I have been using this configuration for 4 months in simulation mode with no issues. Once I switched to Live trading this problem occurred. I have gone through all of the Interactive Brokers settings to insure they are correct because they have been copied from my desktop which is a fully functioning installation. I have done the symbol translation as well. This installation is on my laptop and was working fine when I was using the Interactive Brokers data feed for live trading. I changed to the Denali data feed and it worked fine while trading in simulation mode. Once I turned off simulation mode to live trading this issue of "Unset" in the trade window occurred. I have followed all of the instructions and done all of the steps you have asked me to do. I will also add that I have the exact same setup on my desktop computer and everything works fine. I have also successfully helped many people with the same configuration to get their live trading setups working so I am not new at this. |
