From what we see, we are assuming that the data that you are seeing changing is the Forward Projected data and not the data that is displayed on today's bar. This is because the data in the Forward Projection area is basing the Pivot Point calculations on today's bar, which is constantly changing. So you are really seeing tomorrow's pivot points updating as today goes along. We will check on how we are going to deal with this. In the meantime, a work around is to use the Study Subgraph Reference study (one for each Pivot Point line you want to see) and set the Draw Style to Line at Last Bar to Edge.
