Sorry, the description in our documentation is incorrect. We will get that updated. In the meantime, the way the Study Angle works is that it uses the data as defined in the Input Data and uses two points of that study subgraph to determine the angle. The two points are defined by the Length Input, where the angle is determined by the straight line that is formed from the current bar's value and the value of the bar [Length Value] prior. The angle is then determined relative to a flat line (x-axis = 0 degrees).
