You have enabled the following exchanges: - S&P Indices - NASDAQ Indices These are Indices for those exchanges and not the equities themselves. For the equities you need to enable the U.S. Equities exchange. You can access the exchange list here: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=ExchangeDataFeedFeatures#Exchanges Note that we cannot issue refunds for activated exchanges. Once selected we have to pay for the access to the exchanges themselves for the data for the month. When you deactivate an exchange you will still have access through the rest of the month, but it will not automatically renew next month.
