No, there is not a way to make the colors transparent.

The first thing to do is to change the way the drawings are drawn. In this case, you would need to have the drawings drawn above the other items, so make sure the following setting and the one after it are DISABLED:
Chart Settings: Draw Non-Highlight Chart Drawings Underneath Main Graph and Studies (Chart >> Chart Settings >> Chart Drawings menu)

Another thing you should do, is rather than use the black coloring, use the Lowest Quantity for Coloring Input to establish the lower end of what you do not want to color. This way they are not even drawn. Refer to the information here:
