The Horizontal Lines study's lines can be paired, 1&2, 3&4, etc., so that you could use Fill Top/Fill Bottom draw styles to color the zones. The line pairs do not need to be in price order, so you only need to edit the one that have changed. But I would put the higher of the zone on odd lines and the lower of the zone on the even lines.
