You cannot use the old symbol format and the new symbol format at the same time. Only one symbol format can be used.
Once all symbols are updated to either the old or the new symbol format, then reconnect to the data feed: File Menu: Procedure to Reconnect to the Data and Trade Servers I don't know if this answer is for my question in post #9. Anyway, to clarify, I understand that only one symbol format can be used, and it's ok. The problem is that if I request a long term continuous historical daily data for example for New Zealand fx future 6NZ20-CME, SC populates data folder with one 6NZ20-CME.DLY file and a lot of N6xnn.DLY (old naming style). The fact that there is a mix of new and old naming style is right or something is wrong and you need to tweak something? Or maybe it happens only on my PC?
