I have an account with AMP Futures, i was using Sierra chart service initially through AMP. When i stopped using my amp account for a while i was just using the Sierra Chart stand olone and paid a monthly for a few months. But I reactivated my AMP account about a month ago and set everything up as it normally would have been and selected Sierra Chart as usual. This was in the middle of when i had already paid for the current month for Sierra chart usage directly through Sierra. Everything had been working fine, until yesterday when my account logon and data stopped working and i got the message that my usage credits had been exhausted. My data should have stay connected cause i also i had the data setup through AMP, so in a way i was working with 2 sets of or 2 allowances of usage, so if one usage expired(such as direct through Sierra),then i should have been able to stay connected through my AMP account. Correct?...So i went into my Sierra account and did a emergency activation because3 i trade on sunday nights and i needed the data to do some backtesting. What is your analysis of this situation?...Thank You
