The recommendation to use a sub instance, primarily is not in relation to data feed processing. So you would definitely still want to use sub instances when using the Denali data feed or any Sierra Chart provided data feed, if you are doing a lot of processing in the main instance with charts.
What do you exactly mean? Which one is true? a) If I had many charts in primary instance it would be good idea to distribute half of them to subinstance b) If I had only ONE but very complicated chart with many studies, etc - should I run it on subinstance with NO CHARTS left on main instance?
