I repeatedly receive the following or similar messages when I log in.

My Complaints:

~ The links in the messages are always broken.
~ I've paid hundreds of dollars and to make these messages go away and they don't. I've only been a customer for about 6 weeks.
~ Is there an auto subscribe/account renewal I can setup?
~ Why do I have to constantly subscribe to the Denali package. Why isn't my selection saved?
