Sierra Team, I repeatedly receive the following or similar messages when I log in. Message Start -- 2020-10-01 00:12:15: The Denali Exchange Data Feed has been canceled on your account due to Insufficient balance to activate service. I've only been a customer for about 6 weeks. ~ Is there an auto subscribe/account renewal I can setup? ~ Why do I have to constantly subscribe to the Denali package. Why isn't my selection saved?
