Please find enclosed the chartbook from which I think I have removed all the studies that are not relevant to the problem. I'd like to emphasize that the chartbook had displayed data correctly before the problem happens. The problem occured when I selected a new symbol. Then, the different windows dowloaded data correctly, but the one for footprint didn't. It first displayed data very concentrated in the middle of the window so that they appeared like a horizontal line. Then, I tried to enlarge the display with the scale on the right side of the chartbook but nothing happened.
