Hello, I am working with my corporate firewall team to resolve this issue and they had a question shown below... would you mind helping? My IT departments response to a connection loss today. below that is the log that I sent to them from this morning --- I see a connection be dropped roughly around that time to 204.15.197.13 over port tcp/10059, but that doesn’t look to be owned by Sierra Chart. I see a server reset around the same time as well, but it appears the firewall policy wise is allowing the connection. Do we have a contact with Sierra Chart that could verify if 204.15.197.13 is necessary and if they can see incoming connections from us which would be 170.12.233.231?
