The Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feeds renew on a monthly basis, specifically they renew at the beginning of the new month. Therefore, you need to ensure that you have enough funds in your account prior to that time to allow us to automatically renew the data feed. If you do not have enough funds in your account, then the data feed is canceled.

This is what occurred this last time. There were insufficient funds in your account when the new month began and you then added funds later. The data feed had been deactivated, therefore you needed to reactivate it here:

All you need to do is ensure that you have enough funds in your account to cover the costs at the time they are due, and your services will automatically renew.
