I was looking to do the same. (Except im not charging) i just dont want them to spread my charts around freely.. I wanted to let them use them but i remained in control of the source basically.
Can you please inform me how this procedure is done. thanks If you created custom charts, without custom studies, then you cannot copy protect the chartbook. If what makes your renko charts custom is ACSIL custom studies, then you can follow the steps here to control who can execute the study. Advanced Custom Study Interface and Language (ACSIL): Redistributing and Allowing Use Only by a Defined List of Users So even if someone has a copy of the chartbook and the DLL for the custom study, you can control who is authorized to run it. |
