I've been trading S&P Emini futures with Sierra Chart for almost an year, but never encountered this error. On logging in, the charts are loaded, but this message pops up " Symbol unknown. Click for Symbol information". On clicking that message, I get this pop up: "This file does not have an app associated with it for performing this action. Please install an app or, if one is already installed, create an association in Default Apps Settings page" Also on trying to place an order, I get this error "User not entitled to trade on this exchange" Please look into this. |
