Hi team, A while back I trialled the Denali feed to try and combat connection issues with CQG. I let this trial lapse and continued with CQG as it didn't help with connection issues at the time. Long story short, I am trying to reactivate this Denali feed now, with order routing to my account with Tradovate. I have gone to the activate services page and paid for the 'SC Order Routing Service' option, and activate the exchanges I want (same as last time). Having done that, I cant connect in Sierra. It is just saying CQG WebAPI Login unsuccessful. From memory I didn't need to do anything else last time, but could someone please take a look and see what else needs to be done to get this working again? Thanks in advance! Cheers, Mitch |
