Yes I started having problems on 10/01/20. I was getting a "Out of Bounds" message. I would hit the Buy Bid Sell Bid. The Trade would be place several handles away. I would have a Profit of 4.5 Handles, which is impossible obviously. When I would Flatten the Trade, I would lose half a handle. The other problem is when I would attempt a Trade and the price would move right through the Entry price and not be executed. I spoke to the Trade Desk at AMP. They said they would Reset everything. It still did not help. Then again on Friday 10/02/20 I called and they said they will contact the Head Tech and have him Reset things. That is where it stands. |
