Since switching back to this account (I had made the move to using AMP for data and billing but stopped before the move was complete since I was given bad advice, I cannot access other accounts if I use AMP) I do not have any data in my trade activity log - even new trades today. And my depth of market is gone. This happened before when I first opened this account. It took several days for you guys to figure it out. I am hoping there is a record of it and we can fix is asap. Thanks! |
