You must have a Study/Price Overlay study on that chart that is causing this. So just take a look at your studies and remove the one that should not be there.

It's also possible that you have the charts linked for Studies, so when you added the Study/Price Overlay on one chart, it was added to the other ones as well. Refer to the information here on Chart Linking:
