Are you running any firewall software on your computer? Completely disable that if you are. We checked the server logs, and there are simply no incoming connections, at the time we see in this log. For example: SC Futures Order Routing/Data | Connecting to the server futurestrading1.sierracharts.com. Port 11098 | 2020-09-29 08:29:52.925
DTC Client socket (1) | Creating socket. Using TLS 1.2. | 2020-09-29 08:29:52.981 DTC Client socket (1) | Connecting to IP: 216.1.90.129. | 2020-09-29 08:29:52.981 SC Futures Order Routing/Data | Network connection to server complete. | 2020-09-29 08:29:53.030 SC Futures Order Routing/Data | Starting socket receive thread. | 2020-09-29 08:29:53.030 SC Futures Order Routing/Data | Sending encoding request to server: Binary VLS | 2020-09-29 08:29:53.030 DTC Client socket (1) | Socket gracefully closed by remote side. | 2020-09-29 08:29:53.079 There simply is no incoming connection on our server at this time, and notice how the connection is closed immediately. Even more quickly, than would seem to be the case if the remote side was actually closing the connection and it could not have been because there never was a connection . So this looks like a local firewall issue. Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support. Other responses are from users.
