That file just consists of nothing more than zeros. That is going to be an operating system level issue on your side to have a result like that. There is no possibility of this being an issue on the Sierra Chart side. We have rarely but sometimes seen problems like this involving files, for the last 15 years or so. It is rare but sometimes it happens. When you had closed Sierra Chart at the time this happened, were you also shutting down your computer system? Not sure why that would matter but just trying to understand how this occurs. Are you running any kind of Antivirus/anti-malware software on your system?
