First we would like to understand what feature you are trying to use that is not working for you. You are on the Advanced Package, so you have access to all the features that Sierra Chart has available. With regards to the "Sim" in the Chart Header, that is only about Simulated Trading, not your account. Sierra Chart has a built-in simulation mode, and that signifies that you are currently in that mode.
