1. Make sure you do not have Tools >> Synchronize Charts enabled. 2. So you are saying the commission value gets cleared from time to time? Not sure this is relevant, but install the latest version of Sierra Chart by selecting Help >> Download Current Version. There might have been a problem in the version you are running with the handling of Symbol Settings. If so, this should be resolved.
