You can change the color of the Volume Numbers within the volume profile by changing the color of the Subgraph named Volume Numbers Text Color and Size. Refer to the information here: Volume By Price Study: Volume Numbers Text Color and Size (SG7) There is no support for changing the position of that text that is drawn in the Volume Profile.
