That message is for when your current subscription ends (note the date of 2020-10-01). You have selected Package 5 to be the package you want to be on when your trial ends. During the trial, you have the full access to the capabilities of the system, or the equivalent of Package 5. If you have gone through the instructions we pointed you to and you are still not able to get a TPO profile to display properly, then let us know in this thread and we will investigate from there.
