Yes ,you have acknowledged the service I have been paying for is the SC Package # 5 on a quarterly basis, using an external support. I am no longer with an external support. I am now connected with Sierra Chart Exchange data feed. What I am currently hook up to is what I think I need to have providing, it give me Realtime Streaming Data for Equity Stock and stock options. The current cost as stated is $97.20/quarter which is about what I had been paying. The $12.00 should not apply because I only utilize your data on a single computer. One thing I am not clear on is there a difference between the Denali Exchange data feed and the SC Data feed? What I paid you on 09/09/20 was $84.00. Did I have a credit with you that would cover the required $97.20? If the amount was not satisfied please inform me of the difference in order to have the service I stated I require. Winston Peak. |
