We do not see that you have ever had any Real-Time data subscription with us, therefore you must have been using the Delayed Exchange Data Feed. We have been asking our users to fill out the Uniform Subscriber Agreement for Delayed Data for a number of months now, in order to ensure that they will have continued access to this data. It is part of the process we need to go through based on the rules set by the CME Group.
