Now one final thing we want to say, is that we are disappointed when problems like this occur and when users have issues. Although an issue like this is impossible to predict because there are so many variables going on with network connectivity that we do not have control over or can fully understand ahead of time. However, the end result of this, is that there are improvements at various locations because we have done a full comprehensive review of the problem. There are improvements at the server side as well, probably that do not make much difference, but every little thing helps.
