I have the same issue with any "attached" Trade Window. If I detach the Trade Window from a Trade DOM or Chart, it stops flickering (the flicker occurs approx every 1 second). So over the past few weeks I've resorted to detaching the trade window, but it is definitely some sort of bug which should be fixed. It's definitely distracting when attached and is a basic functionality that is not working correctly.
