I've had the problem on and off for a week. Every time I've checked my connection it's been running at 120 mbit/sec or higher, and the cpu usage of sierra is low when I've checked. Now I updated to the latest version of Sierra chart, set the chart update interval a bit higher, reduced the max depth levels and turned of my firewall. Result – it's worse than it's been all day. Stalls for 10-15 seconds, moves for 1-2 seconds, stalls again... One other thing to mention – I see no correlation between how fast the market moves and how much it stalls, so when it has a ”bad period” and stalls for long periods, it doesn't have to be in a fast market, it can as likely be in super slow pre or after market hours. best regards |
