I just want to confirm that I resolved the issue and help is no longer needed. Just in case anyone facing the same issue in the future and seeing this thread: Windows rely on NTP server via port UDP 123 to synchronize the time on your computer. For some reason my ISP blocked this port as a default which cause my computer time to be off by ~1 minute (it didn't synchronized properly). I had to go to my modem/router settings and allow port UDP 123 to pass the firewall, and also do Port Forwarding and Port Triggering for this port. This resolved the issue. |
