We see the reason for the problem. We are going to be resolving this today. For now change the Intraday Data Storage Time Unit to 1 Tick: Data/Trade Service Settings: Intraday Data Storage Time Unit (Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Common Settings >> Common Settings) And then fully re-download the data in the chart: Re-download all the data in the chart by going to the chart and selecting "Edit >> Delete All Data and Download".
